CALL for ABSTRACTS: Collaborating Across Borders II
Collaborating Across Borders II (CAB II) is the second Canada—United States joint conference focusing on an exploration of common issues around interprofessional
education and practice. It will build upon the highly successful first meeting (CAB I) held at the University of Minnesota in October 2007.
CAB II will focus n a discussion of interprofessional education, practice and olicy in an international context by featuring best practices, roviding evidence that supports efforts, showcasing utcomes, describing lessons learned, and providing a venue
for scholarly dialogue and productive networking.
The conference theme, Collaborating Across Borders II: Building Bridges Between Interprofessional Education and Practice, reflects the importance of establishing relationships and networks to promote collaboration and the further development of interprofessional health education and practice.
The CAB II Planning Committee invites you to share your ork, ideas, research and challenges by submitting a proposal or a workshop, research paper, discussion group, demonstration r poster related to one or more of the following themes.
- Interprofessional practice
- Interprofessional education
- Policy influencing interprofessional education and/or practice
- Systems influencing interprofessional education nd/or practice
- Linkages amongst these themes r linking two or more of these themes

Submissions to be made in English.
The deadline for submissions is December 8, 2008.
Only abstracts submitted electronically will be accepted.
