Pauline is based at Newcastle University as a senior lecturer in primary care nursing. She is also deputy head of the School of Medical Education, and deputy director of CETL4HealthNE. She is experienced in developing opportunities for IPE in health and social care practice, especially for pre-registration students, and support packages for practice educators.
