Susanne joined the Centre of Interprofessional Practice at the University of East Anglia as a lecturer in interprofessional practice in October 2002. She is now Director of the Centre.She has experience and knowledge of setting up an interprofessional learning programme which now includes 1600 students from nine different healthcare professions working together in years one, two and three. The three different levels of IPE are very different from each other in order to meet students' professional needs and development. She is also experienced in training facilitators, and evaluation. As part of the evaluation strategy the Centre has developed a questionnaire which explores students' attitudes to health professionals at the beginning and throughout their training.
