Bryony is an experienced senior manager and educator, with her own consultancy in interprofessional education, leadership and teamwork development, working both within business and the public sector, e.g. Nokia and the DH funded 'Creating an Interprofessional Workforce' programme.Bryony underpins much of her consultancy, research and development work with strength based approaches, e.g. Appreciative Inquiry. She has recently been appointed an honorary principal lecturer at Kingston and St George's, University of London, and is abstracts editor for the Journal of Interprofessional Care.'
